but this is only to give you an idea of what to expect .

Start off with removing top end

                                            Remove side covers both sides and flywheel











                                                   remove clutch












                                              remove all internal parts gears and components

























                                                split cases with gentle taps

  1. Hello. Why do i have oil on the ignition side? I just did a valve clearance adjustment ...and when i took the cap off from the ignition side to set the piston at TDC i saw oil inside...took the side cover off..and there was engine oil inside... what can be the problem ?

    1. it could be oil from main bearing crank seal . dies its use much oil .

      Delete
